Neutral

Neutrals are Transformers who have renounced any and all allegiance within the Civil War. Autobot and Decepticon are mere words to them, for they call themselves Cybertronians, defining themselves not by faction, but by world.

At least, Neutral is what the Autobots call them. The Decepticons call them "target practice".
