Teletraan 15 meets one big-ass Optimus.
Synopsis
As Hot Rod and Teletraan 15 move away from the opening transwarp hole, the massive Star Convoy, the form Optimus Prime takes in this time period, appears before them. Transforming into his "flying truck" mode, he alerts Hot Rod that the reborn Megatron and Dark Nova are merging, and he needs assistance in the coming battle. Hot Rod is more than happy to jet off and save the universe, and begins to say his goodbyes to 15...

Notes
- This volume's featured toy is the reissued Star Convoy.
- And he's portrayed as absolutely freaking huge, and more than a bit scary. It seems like even a normal-sized Hot Rod would only come up to maybe Star Convoy's knee.
- Star Convoy refers to the events towards the end of the The Battlestars story pages from TV Magazine, where Megatron (reborn into "Super Megatron" then rebuilt again into "Ultra Megatron") merges with Dark Nova to form the nightmarish Star Giant. It's a rare mention of a specific event from past stories in these comics.
