The Silver Matrix of the Precursor World, after absorbing all seven colors of Star Power, ended the universe and started the next one with the Big Bang, Super Megatron comic 2 after which it took the form of the Zodiac, Abominus comic 2 which was recognized as the power of universal creation. Ask Vector Prime

Using Rhisling, Vector Prime defeated Mogahn the Mass and sent him to the beginning of time, where his remnants detonated to become the Big Bang that resulted in the universe they were fighting in. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/07/12
