If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

The Energon Shock Sword is a weapon developed for human use by Autobot scientists. This high-tech sword can damage and even destroy Decepticons, presumably utilizing energon to shock them.

The Energon Shock Sword is a roleplay toy sold as part of the Dark of the Moon Robo Power toyline. The translucent blade can extend about two feet in length.

The Energon Shock Sword appears to be based on concept art for a "spike bomb" that is used to rather unfortunate effect on a certain character's head in the film. The final version is a bit different, however.
