Much much later in either the same reality or a nigh-identical one, he ran a "whistle-stop campaign" through Illinois to gather signatures to support Cy-Kill's fake bid for President.

Loco was one of several Renegades repulsed from the Guardian communication hub by Courageous. Cy-Kill vented his frustration on Loco, which backfired shortly thereafter when the Master Renegade made a bid for leadership. Loco was one of four Renegades to go along with it, and was given the P2 Power Suit for his support. With his strength greatly enhanced, he and the others launched an attack on the Gobotron Fortress protecting Gobotron's capital, Gobotolis. The attack was initially successful, but the appearance of Courageous and the arguments over who should control the Renegade combiner resulted in their defeat. They returned to Rogue Star, only to find Cy-Kill free. Loco and the other Renegades promptly surrendered, and the Master Renegade escaped with his men. Ask Vector Prime
