- Road Hugger is an Autobot Micromaster from the Zone portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Road Hugger (ロードハガー Rōdo Hagā) is a member of the Super Car Patrol Team. He is presumably childlike and adorable and all that.

When Victory Saber initiated the "Zone Project", the Super Car Patrol helped rebuild planet Micro into planet Zone. To counter this threat, Violengiguar began conquering planets in order to create his own Decepticon Zone. The Race Car Patrol and all other Micromaster teams were then sent on patrol across the galaxy, specifically to planets where their unique skills could do the most good. Zone Part 1
When Bruticus attacked the planet Feminia, the Super Car Patrol were among several units of Micromasters deployed to stop him. Through teamwork, they proved triumphant. Zone Part 2
After the Nine Great Demon Generals attacked planet Zone and stole the Energon Z, the Super Car Patrol pursued them into space. Road Hugger was stationed in Goldbug's post in Yuss when the Resistance stormed their position. He was killed when Lio Convoy hurled an explosive device into their shielded command bunker. Derailment

- Road Hugger is a redeco of the Decepticon Sports Car Patrol member Road Hugger (duh), transforming into a Ferrari sports car. He was only available in a complete set with his teammates Black Heat, Deadhour, and Gingham.

- The Super Car Patrol Team was released a year later without alteration as part of the Return of Convoy line. The only difference is with the inclusion of Micro Trailer #12, an accessory that uses a spring-loaded mechanism to launch Micromasters, and can also be carried by Sky Garry or stored within Grandus.
