The Giant Snake prowled the valley of the Neanderthals, and managed to claim at least one victim. A while later, the anthropoid leader found Dinobot's makeshift hammer (left behind from his fatal confrontation with Megatron to save the anthropoids) and used it to break open a coconut and kill the striking Giant Snake, beginning humanity's march towards technology. • This is not the same giant snake that nearly killed Cheetor in "Dark Voyage"; that one was even giant-er.
