The name or term "Trypticon" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Trypticon (disambiguation).
"Yeeeaahh, sooo, I'm going to need you to go ahead and come in on Saturday, if you could go ahead and show up by 9 that'd be greeeeaaaat."
Trypticon is a Mercenary from the Cyberverse continuity family.

Trypticon doesn't like to think of himself as the "boss" of the Mercenaries, goodness no. That feels too corporate-y. The Mercenaries are more like a family! And families are open to working unpaid overtime and weekends, right? We're a team! A team that feels like a friendly, informal work environment, so long as you work inerrantly. And by inerrantly, we also mean going the extra mile. That's what teams and families do. We here at the Team Family Mercenaries expect results. Oh, you had a problem? You're fired. You're all fired. You don't get to use the foosball table in lieu of salary anymore.

Trivia

  • This is the most well-spoken version of Trypticon up to date. He is even more polite than other well established friendly bots, like Grimlock. No one complains about a well spoken Mecha Godzilla.
  • To match Trypticon's large size, he is effectively given a voice modulator to sound more deep. However, it works too well and that can cause viewers to have trouble hearing him properly.
