Leozack and the Dinoforce stole energy from a power plant in an oil refinery in Pakistan. They were then attacked by Victory Leo who was on patrol nearby. The Brainmasters then arrive and have to stop Victory Leo from attacking. Eventually, Star Saber Arrives. Victory Leo charges at Leozack, Thinking that battle has been renewed by Star Saber's Arrival. But Star Saber then restrains Victory Leo. Victory Leo is then enraged and attacks Star Saber. Star Saber eventually convinces him that the fight is in space and they combine into Victory Saber and blast off.
