Mudbath

Mudbath is an Autobot-allied Mini-Con from the Energon portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Mudbath, along with her Extreme Competition Team teammates Breakage and Kickflip, assists the Autobots in searching the galaxy for deposits of raw energon ore. All three were changed by the experimental process that made them a combiner, and now Mudbath is the only thing keeping the sadistic Breakage and unruly Kickflip on the side of good, as she's the only thing that scares them. The trio combines to form the robot Heavy Metal.

A redeco of the Energon Perceptor component Sureshock, Damper transforms into a four-wheel ATV of undetermined model. It was available only in the third Micron Booster assortment, in a blind-packed, individual box. It forms the torso and arms of the combined robot Frenzy.

Notes

• As "Damper", Mudbath was originally released in Japan with no bio info whatsoever. The American name "Mudbath", and her bio, were created by the Transformers Collectors' Club, published on March 16, 2007. Despite the different names, they are the same character.
• Because her Japanese counterpart has no bio at all—and thus no gender either—she is not a gender-switch character. She simply had no established gender until her fan club bio was published.
