José Delbo {{subst:Jose Delbo/name}}
It is difficult to reproduce the 'é' in 'José Delbo' on a standard keyboard. This template is a substitution 'cheat' to make it easier.
If you invoke this template with a 'subst:' command {{subst:Jose Delbo/name}} it will be permenantly replaced with the text 'José Delbo' when the page is saved.
Example:
You type:
- This image was penciled by [[{{subst:Jose Delbo/name}}]].
When the page is saved, this is permanently converted to:
- This image was penciled by [[José Delbo]].
Sure, you could always link to 'Jose Delbo' without the 'é' (which redirects to the José Delbo article) ...but that's also not really his name. And this is nice and clean for future editors.
It's a little thing. Probably only Derik will use it.
Also, if you ever link to {{Jose Delbo/name}} without the subst: command? You will be flayed alive.
