As Knock Out prepared to be sworn in as Velocitron's First Senator, the "Frog Civilian" was among the many innocent Velocitronians caught up in the chaos of the Mayhem Attack Squad's... attack. Mayhem had already sealed off the exits before beginning their attack, so "Frog Civilian" and the other onlookers could only stand by and watch as the Wreckers fought to keep them safe. Presumably they and the other civilians who survived the attack thanks to the Wreckers' efforts are still alive and well. Tread & Circuits Part 4
