As Knock Out prepared to be sworn in as Velocitron's First Senator, the frog civilian was among the many innocent Velocitronians caught up in the chaos of the Mayhem Attack Squad's... attack. Mayhem had already sealed off the exits before storming the Senate building, so the frog civilian and the other onlookers could only stand by and watch as the Wreckers fought to keep them safe.
