A recolor of Shortround, Storm Surge transforms into a hovercraft vehicle and is a Target-exclusive. Inserting a Cyber Planet Key into its key jack swings a pair of (non-firing) torpedo racks up into firing position. This gimmick is available in both vehicle and robot modes.

Storm Surge comes with a Cybertron-style Decepticon Cyber Planet Key.
