Jet Snipers and Jet Lasers are Decepticlones from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Jet Lasers and Jet Snipers make up the bulk of the Decepticlone army's aerial force. While these Decepticlones share a body type, their roles are distinct.

Jet Lasers

Jet Lasers are easily identifiable with their blue coloration. They tend to patrol in squads of three, patrolling wide areas in search of Autobots, though occasionally there will be lone scouts or packs as large as six. Once they find their target, they will begin strafing around their target while releasing blasts of laser fire. Occasionally, they will stop and hover midair to adjust their altitude before continuing their strafing attack.

On higher difficulties, Tidal Wave will summon groups of Jet Lasers to attack the Autobot after sustaining enough damage.

They are highly susceptible to flak cannon fire, which knocks them out of the air into an uncontrolled crash. They rarely survive impact with the ground thanks to their high-altitude flying. Transformers

Jet Snipers

The cousin Shockwave never talks about.

Jet Snipers sport a predominantly red and yellow color scheme. These Decepticlones lie in wait on the ground or on rocky outcrops, sighting along with their red laser sight. Anything that crosses this laser sight is fired upon with a railgun after a brief charge-up period. This railgun is ludicrously powerful, capable of sending even large Autobots sailing through the air. However, they tend to focus exclusively on their laser sight; a crafty Autobot can slip past these lasers without much difficulty, leaving the unmoving Jet Sniper extremely vulnerable to attack. This is easier said than done, as Jet Snipers will flee their post and reposition themselves if they hear an Autobot closing in on them. Transformers
