Kappei Yamaguchi (山口 勝平 Yamaguchi Kappei, born May 23, 1965) is a famous Japanese voice actor. He has performed many notable anime roles, including the title characters of Ranma ½ and InuYasha, Ken Kurenai in Red Baron, L in Death Note, Rai Utsumi in Brave Command Dagwon, Usopp in One Piece, Shinichi Kudoh in Case Closed/Detective Conan, Jin in Yu Yu Hakusho, Sai Saici in Mobile Fighter G Gundam, Speedy/Yattaro in Samurai Pizza Cats/Kyatto Ninden Teyandee, Forever & Shigekiyo Yangu in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Kuma/Teddie in Persona 4, Professor Daitokuji/Amnael in Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters GX!, Feitan in the 2011 Hunter X Hunter anime, Mizuki Akabayashi in Durarara X2!!, and Artemis from the Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon live-action series.

In the world of dubbing, he has played Snips in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Michelangelo in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Kyle Broflovski in South Park, Cody Banks in Agent Cody Banks, Cory Matthews in Boy Meets World, Goku in Dragon Ball Evolution, Garfield in Garfield: A Tale of Two Kitties, Blu in the Rio series, Max Goof in A Goofy Movie, An Extremely Goofy Movie and Disney's House of Mouse, Mort in the Madagascar trilogy and the current voice of Bugs Bunny in all Looney Tunes media.
