Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist. Some of his best known voice over roles include Captain Gantu on Lilo & Stitch, the Joker on The Batman, Roadblock on G.I. Joe: Renegades, Crusher on Blaze and the Monster Machines, Trigon in both the original and rebooted versions of Teen Titans, Antauri from Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go!, Panthro from the 2011 reboot of ThunderCats, and the Grimace from The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald.

His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on The Knights of Prosperity, Ed Ward on Like Family, and a cameo near the end of Clerks II.

Richardson also does the best Bill Cosby impression known to mankind.
