Run-Over is a Decepticon Builder from the Beast Wars: Uprising portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

We wouldn't happen to know anything about this phenomenon.

One of the many Micromasters fighting the Resistance, Run-Over is a teeny bit obsessed with an old human television show. Nobody knows exactly why, but this tan flier communicates entirely by spouting off quotes from the show. One might think that this would limit his verbal ability, but the show in question lasted for several thousand episodes and so Run-Over never runs out of things to say. It's enough to make his comrades grunt in annoyance — d'oh!

Beast Wars: Uprising

Run-Over was a member of the Dark Skies Patrol within the 74th Division, which had been deployed to Tesarus during the Grand Uprising. When Steel Jaw's Pack abandoned subtlety and went in for a full-on attack, Run-Over took to the air as the Dark Skies Patrol sought to exploit their air superiority. In the ensuing dogfight, Run-Over shot down Skimmer and Freefall before reuniting with squad commander Wind-Sheer. Although unharmed, he lamented that he had bent his Wookiee. Derailment

Notes

• The narration of "Derailment" notes that The Simpsons ran for "several thousand episodes". At the time of the story's release, the series had tallied up 606 episodes over 28 years of real life, and is still ongoing today.
