Overcast is a Decepticon from the live-action movie continuity family.

Unusually brilliant, Overcast has always tended to avoid the other Decepticons, preferring instead to work in solitude on customized weapons systems he installs on his own body. He travels the galaxy inflicting his inventions on the unsuspecting, and now he has come to Earth to see how they work on the triumphant Autobots. Hidden behind a cloud made by his built-in weather-makers, he drops nanite bombs capable of corroding and blowing up even the most advanced machines.

A black repaint makes everything look cooler.
A redeco of the Decepticon Dreadwing mold, Overcast transforms into a MiG-29 "Fulcrum" fighter jet. His thrusters contain spring-loaded missile launchers, which can fire the "flame" projectiles in both jet and robot modes. His chest also has a spring-loaded Automorph gimmick, opening up and revealing more robot parts.
