Energon transmission station

The energon transmission stations are the network of facilities that receive the energon collected by the Winged Moon. The energon is beamed down in microwave form, to be collected and handled by the station, or to be sent out to the stockpiles in the energon storage fields.

One energon transmission station was overseen by Brainstorm, whose murder was discovered by Rubble when he arrived to learn about the facility. The World In Your Eyes Part One As the Winged Moon was the primary method of collecting energon, this made the transmission stations the only source of legal energon on Cybertron. The World In Your Eyes Part Two The terrorist group The Rise made use of an energon siphon to bypass the transmission stations and recieve energon directly from the Winged Moon, allowing them to operate underground.
