Swerve (Universe)

Swerve is an Autobot from the Unicron Trilogy continuity family (via the 2003 Universe series).

Swerve is one of the many Cybertronians caught up in the multiversal war between the forces of Primus and Unicron. He is partnered with the Mini-Con Roadhandler.

In Aurex 203.26 Zeta, Swerve and Roadhandler were battling Oil Slick, Ransack, and Refute when Unicron abducted them to be his Minions. Swerve resisted the influence of Unicron for a time, but eventually he succumbed to the bloodthirst brought on by the Unicron virus. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/08/04

A redeco of the Armada Blurr mold, Swerve transforms into a sleek Cybertronic racecar. In vehicle mode, inserting his pack-in partner Roadhandler under his spoiler activates his "flight mode", flipping down his rear side panels into hover-wings. He also comes with two Mini-Con Powerlinx-activated spring-loaded missile launchers.

This mold was retooled to make Cybertron Blurr and retooled again to make the BotCon 2008-exclusive Shattered Glass Blurr.
