The seldom seen Tappy Takeout seems to be a bit of a loner, rarely interacting with his fellow Hunger Hubs.

Oh, crap! It's tasteball already?

As Burgertron fantasized about rejoining the Hunger Hubs, Tappy Takeout sat looking down and smiling from the top of the soda fountain at Spud Muffin and Ulf the Orange. Lone Bot and Carb Later, Tappy watched the final event in the Goldrush Games, reacting in shock after Spud Muffin revealed his plot against Burgertron. After that Tappy stood with the other Hunger Hubs as they invited Burgertron to rejoin them. The Goldrush Games - Part the Second

Part of the sixth series of BotBots, Tappy Takeout is a redeco of Lieutenant Lo Mein, transforming from a tiny robot into a Chinese take out box of lo mein noodles. He includes a set of chopsticks (that are molded together as one piece) which can slot into the top of his alt-mode or be held in either of his hands in robot mode, making him one of the few BotBots to have an accessory.
He is only available in the blindpacked "Blind Bag Mystery Figures" assortment, and like all Bots in the assortment, comes one to a case of 24.

  • Tappy Takeout's name was confirmed on Twitter by showrunner Chris Wyatt before the reveal of his toy.[1]
  • Tappy briefly appears in silhouette form in the cartoon's opening theme song sequence, between Brock O'Lonely and Sweet Cheat.
