Promise me you'll let me be

Nemesis Prime (alternatively known as the Optimus Prime clone) is a clone of Optimus Prime, constructed by a secretive human organization. They didn't do a brilliant job, though, leaving Nemesis Prime an uncontrollable creature, twisted in body and mind. Now the enraged, decaying machine pursues a single objective: exacting revenge on those who created him. His sole companion is Nemesis Grimlock, a powerful being who has sworn loyalty to Nemesis Prime.

Fiction

Yokohama Decepticon Secret Base

Nemesis Prime and Nemesis Grimlock were at the Transformers Expo, where they stepped up to aid another Nemesis Prime against the Autobot forces in the Expo. When the other Nemesis Prime's Dark Energon violently reacted with the artifacts contained in the Expo, he valiantly put all of the Dark Energon energies into his stickers, which he threw off. Along with the observing crowd, Nemesis Prime destroyed the stickers. After all was said and done, Nemesis Prime had a ride on Nemesis Grimlock. Yokohama Decepticon Secret Base

Movie Advanced Series

The one, the worst of all your enemies
Nemesis Prime is a Transformers Expo-exclusive redeco of the Evasion Mode Optimus Prime toy in black, silver, and teal. Nemesis uses the mold's faceplated headsculpt.
Nemesis transforms into a flat-nosed cab similar to Optimus Prime's design while in hiding during Age of Extinction. Nemesis comes with a "Nemesis Blaster" cannon modeled after Megatron's shotgun from Dark of the Moon, which can either be held in his hand or attached to the top of the truck, and can be mounted under the shoulders for storage.
Nemesis Prime was re-released at Wonder Festival 2018.

Lost Age Series

Pretending you're a friend to me
  • Battle Attack Nemesis Prime (Power Battler, 2014)
    • Japanese ID number: LA13
A redeco of the Power Battler Optimus Prime toy, Battle Attack Nemesis Prime transforms into a Western Star 5700 truck. In robot mode, he features a 'Blade Attack' gimmick which, bizarrely, sees Prime's regular arms fold back whilst a second, sword-wielding pair flips over his head.

Kre-O

That would be a pretty sweet-looking truck, we gotta admit.
  • Decepticon Replicator (2014)
    • Set number: A8601
    • Pieces: 77
    • Kreons: Bumblebee, Nemesis Prime, Optimus Prime, "Scientist", Stinger
    • Accessories: Optimus rifle
Available only in the "Decepticon Replicator" set, this version of Nemesis Prime —a rare non-movie character in the Kre-O Age of Extinction line— is based on the Optimus Prime that comes in the same set. He has the same helmet, gun and smokestacks, the same chest and leg tampographs (just with the outlines in gray instead of black, red flames instead of blue, and gunmetal instead of silver), but a different, snarling face with pupil-less eyes. He even has his own display base, showing a readout of himself on a huge blue holo-screen.
The set also includes Kreons of Bumblebee, Optimus Prime, Stinger, and a micro-Kreon of a human "Scientist".
This set was not made available in US or Canadian markets, seemingly only hitting stores in Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, and China.

Q-Transformers

Say that we'll be nemeses
  • Nemesis Prime (2015-04-25)

Bumblebee

  • Legendary Nemesis Prime (September 13, 2019)
    • Accessories: Ion Blaster
Released as a 7net exclusive, Bumblebee "Legendary Nemesis Prime" is a black repaint of the Leader-sized Legendary Optimus Prime. His head can also switch into either maskless or masked faces. His included Ion Blaster can be pegged on his 5 mm compatible hands and can store on his back, and his truck mode can tow MP-10 Convoy's trailer.

Masterpiece Movie Series

Like, y'know. Nya.
Masterpiece Movie Series Nemesis Prime is a redeco of MPM-12 Optimus Prime, transforming from a robot based on Optimus's appearance in the Bumblebee movie into an unlicensed approximation of a 1970s Marmon cab-over truck. He comes with a pearly-black redeco of Optimus's "Ion Blaster" used in the Cybertron sequences in the film, which can be folded and stored behind his cab, and a redeco of the Matrix of Leadership, now with a slimy green core. Nemesis Prime can also tow the trailer included with MP-44 Convoy.
