You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:
Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.

Q-Transformers (キュートランスフォーマー Kyūtoransufōmā, a portmanteau of "cute" + "Transformers") is a TakaraTomy toyline launched in late 2014 and a spin-off of sorts of Choro-Q, featuring similar super deformed, fully licensed vehicles that now transform into cute little robots.

Here's where things get weird. These toys are all Transformers based on a wide variety of external properties. Every one is a retooling of the first release, the only all-new mold in the lot being the mold for Hello Kitty.
