Ryōtarō Okiayu (置鮎 龍太郎 Okiayu Ryōtarō, born November 17, 1969) is a Japanese voice actor who works for Aoni Production and has provided voices for dozens and dozens of characters in anime, video games and dubs, including Meisuke Nueno/Nūbē in Jigoku Sensei Nūbē anime, Yuu Matsuura in Marmalade Boy, Czar Baldy Baldy the III in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Andrew Waltfeld in Gundam SEED, Byakuya Kukichi in Bleach, the eponymous hero of Toriko, Fergus, Rheneas and multiple humans in Thomas & Friends, Tiger's Eye & Achiral in Sailor Moon, Treize Khushrenada in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Hisashi Mitsui in Slam Dunk, Alucard in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Lee Chaolan in the Tekken video games and Zero in the Mega Man X video games, and Mccrane from Brave Police J-Decker and Leon from Brave of Gold Goldran.
