Synopsis

Quotes

"Listen, kid. Uhm...about last night and the incident in Philadelphia. I was, uh, not myself."

Grimlock apologizes to Jawbreaker. Yeah, we're weirded out by it too.

Notes

Continuity notes

  • This episode takes place the morning after the events from the previous episode, "Home, Part 2"
  • Jawbreaker calls back to the conversation he had with Elita, in "Outtakes", when saying he'll know in his spark what the right alt-mode for him is. Also calling back to that episode, Hashtag is present and among some of the first to get see Jawbreaker's alt-mode, like he promised at the end of the episode.

Transformers references

  • Grimlock's visor in bot mode alternates between the colors of blue and red, with red seeming to brought on when he's angry or in battle This being a double-reference to Grimlock's visor being blue in the G1 cartoon while it was red on his original toy.
  • Fellow Dinobots, Slag and Sludge, can be seen on the cover of comics scattered throughout the Dugout; an interior page also depicts Thrust. Whether or not they're still around in the present day of the show remains to be seen.

Real-world references

Errors

  • A paleontology one but Stygimolochs, or Pachycephalosaurs more broadly, aren't believed to have lived in the area that would become Pennsylvania. Most of their fossil remains are found in the northwestern United States.
