Dump Shovel W Team

The Dump Shovel W Team is a team of Autobot Micromasters from the Return of Convoy portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Dump Shovel W Team (ダンプショベルWチーム Danpu Shoberu Daburu Chīmu, lit. "Dump Shovel Double Team") help fight off the forces of Dark Nova. The team, as the name implies, is a combination of the Dump and Shovel teams, consisting of:

• Sledge the dump truck front half
• Hammer the dump truck back half
• Grit the shovel truck front half
• Knockout the shovel truck back half

Notes

• The letter "W" is often used in Japanese media in place of the word "double", as the letter "W" (double-u) is pronounced the same as "double" in Japanese (daburu), making them interchangeable with one another. This same word play scheme was previously used for the W Cassettebots during The Headmasters.
