I can has stubs now?

I have another problem. Maybe it's because i'm a beginner, but I have no idea how to get one of those "stub" signs up. I've had to resort to using the "Report a problem" thing, resulting in people telling me to do it myself. (Yeah,Rosicrucian, I'm talking to you.) Templates are used via curly braces (IE {{yourtemplategoeshere}}). Thus, a generic stub gets marked with {{stub}}, a character stub with {{charstub}}, a cartoon episode with {{epstub}}, and a comic issue with {{issuestub}}.
