- Released in the first wave of Legacy: United Deluxes, Magneous transforms from robot to a rocky SUV that loosely resembles the Mad Max style. Like previous lines' Weaponizers, Fossilizers, and Junkions, Magneous can split apart to form weapon accessories for other characters. Unlike previous lines' Weaponizers, Fossilizers, and Junkions, only smaller parts of Magneous split off, leaving a more-intact-than-usual main body behind. Though the packaging photos depict Magneous's parts being worn by Animated Universe Bumblebee, the instructions demonstrate how to separate Magneous into parts being worn by Animated Universe Optimus Prime.
Notes
- Concept art for Magneous by Mark Maher included a mottled sea green deco based on the Rock Lord Sticks 'n Stones (which also featured a chestplate shaped like a ghoulish face with glowing eyes, nose and mouth!) and a gray deco inspired by basaltic scoria.[3]
