Patrick Seitz

David Patrick Seitz (born March 17, 1978 in Riverside, California) is an American voice actor. He can be recognized in video games as the voice of Count Dracula in the Castlevania series, Bob in the Tekken series, Ragna the Bloodedge in BlazBlue and Scorpion in the Mortal Kombat franchise. Some of his anime credits include Franky in One Piece, Dio Brando in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Endeavor in My Hero Academia, and Jiren in Dragon Ball Super.
