Sealegs was part of a mock-funeral put together to "mourn" the "passing" of General Hawk, part of an elaborate ruse to lure Cobra operatives into the open. The Joes' bait worked, but the USS Flagg was overwhelmed when they were met with not just human enemies, but the Decepticobra alliance!
