The name or term "Sunstreaker" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Sunstreaker (disambiguation).
Sunstreaker is an Autobot from the Revenge of the Fallen portion of the live-action film continuity family.
I was in the movie, I swear!!!

Sunstreaker is Sideswipe's relative. They're "quite the pair" Ironhide says. They always drive other 'bots crazy with their swagger and arrogance. If they weren't quite so effective on the battlefield he'd have told Optimus to show them the door.

Fiction

Law and Disorder

When a child asked Ironhide if Sideways was related to Sideswipe in some way (similar names and all); the response indicated that he isn't, but Sunstreaker is. #13's Law and Disorder

Those Twitter users who go, "But Sunstreaker looks way too different from the other Bumblebee bots to be actual concept art, he has to be made up"- they can zip it. They simply can't appreciate my Cybetronic swag.
  • Concept Art Sunstreaker (Deluxe Class, 2024)
  • Movie: Bumblebee
  • Hasbro ID number: 111
  • Accessories: 2 Blasters, "Cybertron Falls" backdrop (4th version)
  • Known designers: Evan Brooks (Hasbro)[1]
Released in the second wave of Deluxe Class Studio Series figures for 2024, Sunstreaker is part of the "Concept Art" subset- based on existing concept art and CAD files for characters that were once planned to appear in a movie. The figure transforms into a Cybertronian car. He comes with two double barreled-blasters that can merge together. They can store on his robot back, the back of his car mode, or separately on each side of the car.
Sunstreaker was first spotted at US retail without any prior announcement from Hasbro, who would officially reveal him a month later at WonderCon on March 30. The figure immediately available to ship on Amazon.com, though later went up for preorder at other outlets on April 4th, 2024.

Notes

  • The Concept Art Figure was likely developed separately from the character Ironhide mentions, but we're grouping them together as they’re both movie characters seemingly based on Generation 1 Sunstreaker.
