Part of a future wave of EarthSpark Warrior Class toys, "Chaos Terran Spitfire" is a redeco of Twitch, transforming into a hover drone of made-up model.

Spitfire features a "Combine and Ride" gimmick similar to the Energon Autobots' "Powerlinx" gimmick, that allows them to form an upper body to attach to a compatible vehicle mode, or to allow another half-robot to attach to the top of their vehicle mode. Nominally this is to allow them to combine with their wavemate, Hashtag.

Like many EarthSpark toyline releases, Spitfire was found listed on a retailer website prior to any official announcement by Hasbro; in Spitfire's case, the Spanish retailer ajaguar.com.
