Sam was backed into an alley by a mugger when Nightshade appeared, chasing the mugger off. They were, at first, scared by the newcomer, who grabbed her and whisked her into the air, eventually stopping on a rooftop. Nightshade was interested in the pronoun pin on her backpack, leading them to bond over their mutual non-binaryness, and Sam apologized for her earlier reaction to the Bot.
