Category:Nonbinary characters

These characters have one or more iterations that are definitively stated to be nonbinary, showing another aspect of the variety of transformation and lived experience.

Please note that this is different from "Variable gender characters", where a character's gender differs between iterations/interpretations. Nonbinariness can overlap with but is different from "Transgender characters", which covers trans characters on a gender spectrum, nonbinary or no, who have some sort of in-universe transitioning of aesthetic appearance, expression, words, or other relevant contexts, AND either frame themselves as trans in the media itself or are written with that intent. Similarly, this is different from "Genderfluid characters", where characters show or are stated to have genderfluidity in some way.
