Released in the fifth wave of Hasbro's EarthSpark Deluxe Class toys, Prowl is a redeco of Cyberverse Deluxe Class Hot Rod, transforming into a Cybertronian supercar, just now with a police-themed deco and some very... creative paint choices to give him emergency flashers.

In both modes, his triple exhaust pipes can be enhanced with a pair of flame-shaped blast effect parts. While they attach to this toy with a simple clip, they also have a "standard" Fire Blast effect combo plug/socket that makes them compatible with both 5 mm post-holes and 3 mm pegs.

The Prick everyone wishes to own instead of the Hasbro one.

Originally intended for release in the fourth wave of TakaraTomy's EarthSpark DX Series, "DX Prowl" is a redeco of Cyberverse Deluxe Prowl, transforming into a police car of undetermined, probably-made-up model. It appears that the two "blast effect" parts that came with the Cyberverse version of the mold were dropped from this release.

On May 27, 2024, the figure's release was canceled for unknown reasons. His wavemate Hashtag, however, was not.
