Ryōtarō Okiayu (置鮎 龍太郎 Okiayu Ryōtarō, born November 17, 1969) is a Japanese voice actor who works for Aoni Production and has provided voices for dozens and dozens of characters in anime, video games and dubs, including Meisuke Nueno/Nūbē in Jigoku Sensei Nūbē anime, Yū Matsuura in Marmalade Boy, Czar Baldy Baldy the III in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Andrew Waltfeld in Gundam SEED, Byakuya Kukichi in Bleach, the eponymous hero of Toriko, Fergus, Rheneas and multiple humans in Thomas & Friends, Tiger's Eye & Achiral in Sailor Moon, Treize Khushrenada in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Hisashi Mitsui in Slam Dunk, Alucard in the Castlevania video games, Lee Chaolan in the Tekken video games and Zero in the Mega Man X video games, and Mccrane from Brave Police J-Decker and Leon from Brave of Gold Goldran.

  • When playing Hot Rod, Okiayu patterned his performance after Hiroya Ishimaru, who first portrayed the character in Japanese.
