If you live in the United Kingdom, saying "I want a Wii" has a very different meaning....

The Wii is a video game console released in 2006 by Nintendo as the GameCube's successor. It was Nintendo's highest-selling home console before the Nintendo Switch surpassed it in 2022,[1] and one of the most iconic consoles of all time. The Wii's main gimmick is its focus on motion controls, which are integrated into its controllers. The Wii was also the first Nintendo system to feature the "Virtual Console", a digital service through which players could purchase downloadable versions of games from older Nintendo consoles and other systems.

Though the Wii was wildly successful (the same could not be said for its successor), it was notorious for its droves of bargain-basement software (often referred to as "shovelware").
