Matrix Templar

Not much is known about the Matrix Templars, other than that they have a unique physiology.<ref>Apelinq's War Journals</ref> At any given time, there are 5 Templars. Upon the death of a Templar, a replacement is found and trained. Known Matrix Templars include:

• Cheetor
• Grizzly-1
• Snarl
• King Atlas
• Sentinel Maximus

Snarl, the "One of Five", was sent by Primus and Alpha Trion to retrieve Optimus Primal from his holding cell. It is not specified whether his Matrix Templar affiliations allowed him to sneak past the sentries undetected and open a portal within Primal's cell, or if those are special abilities specific to Snarl.
