- The Decepticon underwater base is base in the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Built around the crash site of their former starship, the Decepticon's underwater base served as their main base of operations on Earth.

After the Decepticons crashed into the ocean, they built several surrounding buildings to serve as their main base. They also built the docking tower, a base to surface "elevator" which would allow the Decepticons to reach the surface without having to get wet and risk getting rusty. Transport to Oblivion
