Name in script?

In the credits of TFTM the Quintesson Prosecutor present is referred to as the Quintesson Leader. I've added this to the notes section both for completeness and because the movie credits article links here using that name, so it felt like explaination was warranted. Out of curiosity, do we know where the term Prosecutor originated? Was it in the script(s) or was it added by later fiction.
