Should we call the page Sentinel Prime or just Sentinel? Being a false Prime and all. Liliesrobots (talk) 14:48, 22 September 2024 (EDT)

It's "Sentinel Prime" on all the toy boxes and marketing. It stays where it is. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 15:17, 22 September 2024 (EDT)
In addition, he's called "Sentinel Prime" for most of the movie, and it's better for the article title to be in line with the other Sentinel's imo. PublicCrown (talk) 15:22, 22 September 2024 (EDT)

Replacement of a Thirteenth Prime

So in the "official" history of Cybertron, Sentinel still says there were Thirteen primes and that he was the last surviving of their comrades. However, all 13 primes have been named and accounted for, meaning Sentinel would have had to erase one of the Prime's names from history to replace it with his own. Is it ever stated which Prime this was? My guess is Zeta (due to that being a stand-in for the 13th Prime), but from what I remember Zeta is shown with the matrix in the revised history records. Can anyone provide any details on who it could be if Sentinel replaced a Prime? Or is this just an oversight? CBT (talk) 14:18, 4 October 2024 (EDT)

There is no oversight. Sentinel was an assistant of sorts to the thirteen Primes, not a proper member of their number. He wanted power for himself and falsely assumed the title of Prime after betraying the real ones in his failed attempt to take the Matrix for himself. His claims to the general public of Iacon City were falsehoods meant to make everyone think he was named their successor. --Sabrblade (talk) 15:37, 4 October 2024 (EDT)
