Prowl and the other four Autobots were captured by HYBRID and stuck in Soundwave's VR world where they were subjected to videos of a purple technorganic dinosaur in an attempt to turn them into goody-goods. Sari Sumdac freed them with the help of some local hobobots, and they smashed Soundwave. The AllSpark Almanac Addendum

• Prowl having an army of clones mirrors the regular Animated Starscream's clones.
• He's not the only Prowl who leads an army of clones of himself.
