Kenji Saito (斉藤健司 Saito Kenji) is a game director, programmer, and producer. He initially served as a software engineer for the Viewtiful Joe series at Capcom's Clover Studio. After Clover dissolved and its members formed PlatinumGames, Saito acted as a programmer on the original Bayonetta before later directing Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and Transformers: Devastation.

In 2024, Saito left PlatinumGames alongside several other prominent creatives at the company.
