Good luck standing me up.

Air Raid is a member of the Micromaster Aerialbots, who combine into Superion.

[edit]

In Aurex 1104.30-DB Zeta, Air Raid's team was born from Doctor Brian Jones's attempts at reverse-engineering Maximus combiner technology and applying it to Mini-Con anatomy. Superion, Defensor, and Rail Racer fought Devastator in the Combiner Wars during the Unicron Singularity crisis. Ask Vector Prime, 13 July 2015

Toys

Universe (2003)

[edit]
  • Air Raid (MicroMaster Aerialbot, 2007)
  • Series: IV
  • Number: 5 of 6
  • Accessories: Superion legs
Universe Air Raid is a redeco of the Operation Combination Sixwing component Missile Run, transforming into a B-1B Lancer bomber plane. He forms the chest of the Aerialbots' combined mode Superion, though he can also be swapped with Ro-Tor to form the super robot's butt.
Though the Micromaster Aerialbots were created as KB Toys exclusives, they barely showed up in the ever-shrinking chain. They saw more general release in Europe, and in the US eventually showed up at other chains like CVS drug stores and Big Lots!.

The Air Raid toy was released in Europe under the Cybertron line. There are no changes to the toy itself.
