Starscream deployed cluster bombs to scatter the workers when the Decepticons attacked the Harrison Nuclear Power Plant. Power Play! He would later drop more cluster bombs on the US army units gathered outside the Decepticons' fortress, presumably causing horrific casualties. Prisoner of War!
During a battle over G.B. Blackrock's Anti-Robot Photonic Multi-Cannon between the Decepticons, Autobots, and Circuit Breaker, Starscream once again dropped his cluster bombs, this time severely damaging Jazz. DIS-Integrated Circuits!

After installing the power chip rectifiers of all the Decepticons into himself, Megatron gained the ability to use Starscream's cluster bombs. He proceeded to use them in a showdown with Optimus Prime. Heavy Metal War

When Bumblebee managed to take out Blitzwing on his own, Starscream began to panic only to laugh off being startled when he saw the lone Autobot standing against him.
