He does not. As noted in mutant head, that feature was removed in the retool and replaced with his pop-up gun feature.--Rosicrucian^Talk 20:52, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

The gun literally takes the place of the mutant head feature. If you want to use his big gun in robot mode, you have to flip his head down.--Rosicrucian^Talk 21:09, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
