Ivo Roberto

Ivo Roberto is a Brazilian voice actor. He has dubbed the voices for Android 19, Guldo and Babidi in Dragon Ball Z and reprised the former roles for Dragon Ball Z Kai, Jaken on InuYasha, Scott on Pokémon: Advanced, Kerberos in Cardcaptor Sakura, Balrog in Street Fighter II: The Movie, Dio de Mosca in Saint Seiya, Dragonoid Colossus in Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Gundalian Invaders, Lewis on Blood+ and Heigoro Kabeyama on Inazuma Eleven. He also sometimes goes by the name "Tatu" (Portuguese for "Armadillo").

He isn't Ivo Robotnik, but that would be awesome.
