Joe Giella (June 27, 1928March 21, 2023) was a comic book artist. He started in the 1940s, drawing Captain Codfish, and began freelancing for Fawcett Comics and Timely Comics (later Marvel Comics) before working for DC. He worked on many of the big-name comic books, including Captain America, Captain Marvel, Green Lantern, Superman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, and a significant number of Batman comics. He also drew the syndicated comic strip Mary Worth from 1991 to 2016.
