This article is about the Predacon Scorponok relative. For the humanoid Decepticon, see Double Punch (G1).
Double Punch is a Terrorcon-allied Predacon from the Rise of the Beasts portion of the Movie continuity family.
He won't punch you only a single time!

Double Punch is a member of the Scorponok race. They are presumably fond of the color red.

Toys

Studio Series

  • Double Punch (Deluxe Class, 2025)
  • Movie: Rise of the Beasts
  • Hasbro ID number: 115
  • Accessories: Tail weapon, "Volcano Showdown" backdrop
  • Known designers: Evan Brooks (Hasbro)[1]
Part of the twenty-seventh wave of Studio Series Deluxe Class figures, Double Punch is a redeco of Scorponok in a more screen-accurate red and dark gray color scheme, transforming from a mechanical scorpion into a robot based on an unused CG model. His tail can be detached to use as a whip-like weapon, pegging inside either forearm with the robot hands resting in the gap, making the weapon look integrated into the arm. His backdrop depicts the volcanic final battle.
In beast mode, the gold paint on his chest can get scratched from contact with the ground.
Double Punch's box uses the original Beast Wars Predacon insignia, while the toy itself correctly features the Rise of the Beasts version.

Notes

  • Models from concept artist Fred Pashe depicts Double Punch with blue accents,[2] whereas the toy primarily uses red highlights. FIRRIB much?
